 e home. This is the first of a group of five homes\; Footprint Free On Fit
 zgerald and has been designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions\, save wa
 ter and energy and reduce waste during construction and the houses lifetim
 e. The home has been designed to prevent injuries through built in safety 
 features. It has security elements to reduce crime and improve the occupan
 ts sense of security. Features are also used to provide flexibility and co
 mfort for people of varying abilities and at different life stages\, inclu
 ding children and people with limited mobility. The home is also designed 
 to save money during construction and over the lifetime of each home. Care
 ful planning avoids the need for major future renovations and reduces cost
 s associated with energy use\, water use and maintenance.
